Join fellow library managers for a thoughtful conversation on building trust with your staff members. How do you build trust and teamwork in daily interactions? What works best for you or your system? We’ll share practices that are working in our branches—and reflect on ways we build more trust. Two optional resource articles to prepare for this conversation are provided below. Come ready to listen, exchange ideas, and leave with renewed energy and inspiration.
