Design for Libraries: Apply Principles of Design that Allow Your Library to Flourish (Eastern Shore of MD Staff Only) Online

Libraries need to establish their own brand in order to promote themselves. But it is no small feat to take hold of your own design, especially if you don’t have the proper training. In this webinar you will be taught elements and principles of design to help translate it to successful promotions for your library. Libraries tend to have smaller budgets and have to think practically, but that doesn’t mean you can’t train yourself to design well. Learn the basic principles that will allow you to gain a trained eye.
From this webinar, you will:
- Develop an understanding of the elements and principles of design
- Translate these principles to creating a design
- Train your eye to recognize a good from a bad design, using basic and free tools.
