Camp Customer Service In-Person

Join us on site at the Southern Maryland Regional Library Staff Development Center (located in Charlotte Hall) for a summer camp-inspired customer service workshop designed to build skills, boost confidence, and have a little fun along the way! In Camp Customer Service, you’ll earn playful badges as we explore what it takes to deliver excellent service—whether you're helping a frustrated patron, navigating policy questions, or just brightening someone’s day.

Through interactive activities, group challenges, and “campfire chats,” we’ll cover the essential tools every library staff member needs to feel calm, capable, and connected in their customer interactions.

 

Come ready to grow your skills, support your fellow scouts, and maybe even discover your inner camp counselor!
