Through hands-on learning and expert guidance, you'll discover how AI can enhance your daily work, streamline operations, and improve patron engagement—all without over-promising what AI can do and while navigating the ethical considerations that come with these emerging technologies.

The masterclass can be (but does not have to be) attended as a 3.5-hour live event. A three-part full set of recordings, with the slide decks and chat logs, will immediately be released to registrants for unlimited post-event viewing and review at the pace that is best for you. You are most welcome to watch and participate as much or as little as you are able on the actual day. There will also be a forum discussion for participants on the recordings page so that you can ask questions or share ideas.

In the live event, there will be time for Q&A, and there will be short breaks between the parts.
