Immediately following the pandemic, Cecil County Public Library developed Grow. Perform. Succeed., A GPS for Performance Development. With a focus on SMART goal setting and regular opportunities for feedback, supervisors apply effective coaching principles resulting in a culture of collaboration. Join CCPL staff to learn how coaching within a performance development framework benefits staff, supervisors, and the entire organization.
